Description
Xinyang Maojian is one type of green tea that originally was produced in mid China. The name can be divided into two parts that are associated with two aspects: “Xin Yang”, the first part, is the Xinyang city in Henan, China that produces this type of tea. “Mao Jian” are the words to depict the shape of the tea – “Mao” means tiny fuzz in cup when brewed, “Jian refers to shape of tea leaves: sharp, full young leaves.
Brewing tea:
1. Heat water to 70C.
2. Preheat teapot and cups.
3. Use 2g of tea (1 dessert spoon) of tea per 200ml of water.
4. Infuse for 3 minutes, then pour out completely.
5. Can be infused at least 3 times.
Storage:
Protect against the tide, peculiar smell, keeps in low temperature and refrigerates it.
